Do you publish ads on my behalf?
No. You approve everything inside the wizard. Nothing goes live without your explicit go-ahead.
Do you hold my budget?
There are two options. With an AddApp account, you top up your wallet; AddApp spends it on the platforms on your behalf, and spend plus the 12% service fee (VAT included) is shown transparently in one breakdown. With your own connected ad account, the budget goes directly to Google, Meta and TikTok — we only collect the service fee.
How is social media planning priced?
Social media runs on a package. You buy a monthly package; while it’s active you can schedule, approve and publish posts. AI credits are included.
What are AI credits?
AI credits are the common unit for AI operations: one AI image costs 1 credit, every 10 chat messages cost 1 credit, and text generation is free. Credits come with AI or social packages, and are refunded if an operation fails.
Is it ready for Turkey?
Amounts in TRY, e-Fatura for invoices, support in Turkish and English, balance top-ups via PayTR.
